Reading Right Now! (334)

Posting this one the wrong day, but oh well. I got lazy and couldn't be bothered to write this on the day it was supposed to go up.
What I'm Reading Right Now! is...

The Resting Place by Camilla Sten (translated by Alexandra Fleming) -- I received a free copy of this book for honest review from the publisher. Thank you so much to Minotaur Books for the review copy, because this is one that I really wanted to read. It's already released, so if you want to read it for yourself, you are able to.
I really liked Camilla Sten's first book, The Lost Village. It just had a creepy setting, that I loved, and a really spooky atmosphere. I will say, the ending didn't fulfill all my hopes and dreams, but I really enjoyed going on the journey with that book.
The Resting Place also has a great spooky atmosphere. I am so intrigued. I want to know what is going on. It is set in a isolated manor house that hasn't had anyone living in it for 40 years. Our main character Eleanor inherits it after her grandmother is murdered. She goes to the house with the estate lawyer, her boyfriend, and her aunt. Her Aunt just shows up, they don't have the best relationship.
I just so interested to see where this is going, what is happening. We get diary entries from Eleanor's grandmother's maid. I'm enjoying it. Camilla Sten does a great spooky setting and it's just what I want.
I'm halfway through.

So that's what I'm Reading Right Now! What are you reading?
