My Thoughts: This book has definitely been on my radar. I've seen it floating around and couldn't wait to read it. The synopsis really caught my attention and I like the cover too. I've also read some stuff by J.T. Ellison before and enjoyed those books. 

This was a lot of fun in a dark, twisted kind of way. It had a lot going on with it. There are so many secrets, just so many, and I loved figuring out just what was what. I'm always a sucker for a good mystery thriller, and Her Dark Lies definitely kept me on my toes.

I loved the setting of the cliff-top villa on the Italian Coast. I love books with warm locales because I've been missing the warmth. I was really intrigued by all the pieces that were in play. I really enjoyed seeing where everything was going to go.

This book was a good time for me. It gave me what I wanted.
