Synopsis:He’d do anything for his son…
…Including returning to the town he left behind.
Valentine Bay’s the perfect place for real estate developer Roman Marek to raise his infant son. But when he snaps up the charming local theater, he doesn’t bargain for tempestuous director Hailey Bravo. Hailey won’t let Roman wreck the thing she holds most dear—and she’s certainly gotten under Roman’s notoriously thick skin. As the duo spar and sparks fly, Roman’s surprised to find that Hailey’s the perfect missing piece for his family. But how can he convince her that this partnership’s for keeps? (Synopsis from Goodreads)

My Thoughts:  So in this story, we have a widowed father who moves to the small town of Valentine Bay with his mother and baby son. This move is at the request of his mother. Roman is a successful real estate developer and sets his sights on turning the old theater into a new hotel. What he doesn't anticipate is knocking heads with the theater director, Hailey, who doesn't want her beloved theater torn down.
This is an insta-love romance. Roman falls hard for Hailey very early on. I did like them together. They definitely didn't see eye to eye on things, but the attraction was definitely there.
This was a satisfying romance. If a cute, quick romance is what you want, I'd definitely recommend Home for the Baby's Sake. It has a lot of emphasis on family. I enjoyed the story and writing. It's a good one.
